Job description
Dhillon Healthcare Group is seeking an RN Case Manager in Sonora, CA, to provide compassionate care for terminally ill patients. This full-time role includes participation in an on-call weekend rotation, with responsibilities that prioritize symptom management and emotional support for patients facing end-of-life challenges.
