Job description
Samuel Contract Staffing is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN Case Manager to join our compassionate care team in Brookings, Oregon. This permanent position offers a comprehensive benefits package including $0 monthly medical premiums, generous PTO, and a 403(b) retirement plan with matching.
The ideal candidate will manage patient care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide support to patients and their families. Experience in hospice nursing and active RN licenses in both Oregon and California are required.
