Job description
Harmony Home Health and Hospice, LLC. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice care in patients' homes or communities.
The RN will lead in-depth assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
