Job description
PIH Health Whittier is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for our Outpatient Hospice House in Whittier, CA. You will provide direct nursing care for hospice patients, assess needs, plan care, educate families, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating with the care team.
