Job description
Holisticare Hospice in New Jersey is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) for evenings about 3 times a week, serving Atlantic and Cape May Counties. The RNCM will plan, organize, and direct hospice care using the nursing process and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
The role emphasizes compassionate, detail-oriented nursing, on-call duties, and commitment to providing the best end-of-life care; prior hospice or medical-surgical experience
