Job description
Baptist Memorial Hospice, part of the Optum family, is seeking an RN Case Manager to take full nursing responsibility for delivering the Plan of Care for hospice patients. You will evaluate performance and ensure quality care in alignment with hospice policies and objectives.
The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants, competitive hourly pay ranging from $35.45 to $53.15, and a comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs and retirement plans.
