Job description
St. Francis Hospice is growing and is seeking a Registered Nurse / Case Manager to join our team. The RN is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and delivering clinical services to hospice patients and their families, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
Required ADN; BSN preferred and Florida RN license active. Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience is preferred.
