Job description
One Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead in-home hospice care across communities in Missouri. You will assess patients, plan care, and collaborate with families to meet comfort and safety goals.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care plan development, medication administration, education for patients and caregivers, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. A Missouri RN license is required; sign-on bonus offered.
