Job description
Brookhaven Hospice in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our compassionate nursing team, delivering hands‑on hospice care and coordinating services throughout the Southern Brookhaven territory.
You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and guide care plans while providing comfort and quality of life for patients in their final stage of life.
