Job description
Hospice Services of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to plan, organize, and direct hospice care for patients and their families. This on-the-road role requires a driver's license and a reliable vehicle, with travel throughout Plymouth County and portions of the Cape.
Competitive pay, weekly pay, and benefits are offered, including mileage reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Active MA RN license and CPR certification are required; hospice experience preferred.
