Job description
Samuel Contract Staffing is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN Case Manager in Milwaukee, WI. The role provides end-of-life care, symptom management, and emotional support to patients and families. The position offers a strong benefits package and room for growth, with a weekday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Ideal candidates will have verifiable hospice nursing experience and hold an active RN license. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for patient home visits are required.
