Job description
Continuum Hospice in Petaluma, CA is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Director, leading an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers and chaplains to deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care. You will collaborate with the Program Director and Hospice physician to align patient goals, manage performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and emotional intelligence.
