Job description
Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Director, supervising an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional end-of-life care, drive patient growth, and maintain compliance with federal/state guidelines.
The role requires strong leadership, a current Texas RN license, and minimum 3 years nursing experience with supervisory exposure in hospice or home health.
