Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for the Saratoga/Schenectady area. This full-time, day shift role involves leading hospice home care teams and coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary staff in patients' homes.
Candidates should hold a NYS RN license, have an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and at least 2 years of RN experience. Training in end-of-life care is provided, with comprehensive orientation and full benefits.
