Job description
Moments Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Clinical Manager/Team Director to lead an interdisciplinary care team and coordinate seamless end-of-life care. This on-the-road role partners with nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers to uphold compassionate, compliant care while driving outcomes.
Applicants should hold an RN license with 3+ years in healthcare (hospice preferred), a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.
