Job description
Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care for hospice patients in their homes within the Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville territories. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agencies, ensuring timely, compassionate end‑of‑life support.
Ideal candidates have an RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of clinical RN experience; hospice/home health experience is preferred.
