Job description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to deliver compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes. You will assess comfort, build meaningful connections, and support families through the journey.
With an active RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, you will work independently at the bedside while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity and comfort for patients at the end of life.
