Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes and community facilities across Idaho. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, monitor patients’ conditions, and communicate changes to physicians with empathy and ethical standards.
Candidates should have nursing licensure in Idaho and at least one year of clinical experience; home health or hospice background is preferred.
