Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an experienced registered nurse to administer skilled nursing care for clients in their homes within Longview and surrounding areas. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies to ensure quality end-of-life care.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work closely with patients’ families and caregivers.
