Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes within the Humble, Kingwood, and Cleveland areas. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, educate families, and deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care.
The role requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of clinical RN experience. Proficiency with computers and MS Office is preferred.
