Job description
Liberty Hospice in Raeford, NC seeks an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, coordinate patient care with families and the Hospice team, document care per reimbursement guidelines, and participate in IDT meetings.
Travel and after-hours call may be required as per agency needs. Qualified candidates hold an RN license with hospice experience preferred, understand home health/hospice practices, and maintain CPR certification.
