Job description
Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes within the Houston area.
You will coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, patient families, and referring agencies to ensure compassionate, comprehensive end-of-life care. The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience; hospice/home health experience is preferred.
