Job description
Klarus Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in San Antonio, TX. You will follow patient care plans and perform home visits to provide quality hospice services to geriatric clients.
Daily duties include medication administration, wound care, documenting observations on a tablet, coordinating with the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and ensuring orders are executed accurately. A valid RN license and at least one year of clinical experience are required.
