Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Hospice office team in Rutland, VT. This Full Time RN role supports hospice clients on a per-visit basis throughout Rutland County, with prior home care or hospice experience preferred but not required.
As a hospice nurse, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative care at the client's home; travel to cases and contributing to high-quality care are essential
