Job description
Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks an RN Hospice Executive Director to lead a mid-sized hospice location. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, guide interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while aligning with regulatory standards and company mission.
Ideal candidate holds an RN license and has 1+ year of management experience in hospice/home care; BSN preferred.
