Job description
Gentiva is seeking an experienced RN Hospice Executive Director to join our leadership team. This role oversees day-to-day operations of a large hospice location, guiding interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient care.
The Executive Director RN III works with governance, referral partners and community stakeholders to drive census growth, financial performance, regulatory compliance and service excellence in line with Gentiva's mission.
