Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an RN Executive Director Specialist – Hospice to lead operations across multiple sites. This role acts as administrator on call, overseeing staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement with P&L responsibility.
The position requires an RN license, 3–5 years' leadership experience in hospice or healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid regulatory know-how, and willingness to travel across the region. Strong communication and tech proficiency are essential.
