Job description
VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered hospice care in field-based settings across homes and facilities. You will develop and manage comfort-focused care plans, coordinate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides, and support patients and families with empathy and clinical excellence.
