Job description
VitalCaring – Deliver Care That Brings Comfort and Dignity. VitalCaring seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse to lead patient-centered hospice care in field-based settings, focusing on comfort, symptom control, and compassionate family support.
You will coordinate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides, manage the plan of care, document meticulously, and advocate for patients’ goals with empathy and clinical excellence.
