Job description
VitalCaring, a Hammond, LA-based hospice provider, is seeking a Field-Based Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered care across homes and facilities in the North Shore region.
As the clinical leader for your caseload, you will plan and manage comfort-focused care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and ensure dignity and quality of life at the end of life. Valid RN license and 1+ year hospice/home health experience preferred.
