Job description
VitalCaring provides field-based hospice nursing where you lead patient-centered care in homes, facilities, and community settings. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and ensure comfort-focused care aligned with goals and wishes.
As an RN with an active license and at least 1 year of experience, you will work autonomously within a supportive interdisciplinary team, ensuring compassionate communication, accurate documentation, and adaptable, relationship-driven care.
