Job description
Graham Healthcare Group seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes in the Oak Park/Royal Oak, MI area. The role offers a $10,000 first-year bonus and a flexible, patient-centered approach within Residential Home Health and Hospice services.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document care in the EMR while traveling to patient homes across the territory.
