Hospice RN - Flexible PRN Home Health

Job description

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Ohio is hiring an RN for Home Health Hospice (PRN) to join the Center for Connected Care. You will provide skilled nursing care, complex treatments and education to patients in the Cleveland area, with a flexible schedule and a focus on avoiding readmissions.

This PRN role requires 48 hours of work in a 6 week cycle, with weekend coverage every six weeks. A current RN license, BLS and at least one year of home health or acute care experience are required.
