Job description
Vivie is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, in-home hospice care across Minnesota. The role covers admissions, routine visits, re-certifications, and end-of-life support, with thorough assessments and precise documentation.
You will supervise HHAs every two weeks, collaborate with the IDG, and participate in care conferences to align pain management and goals of care. Travel to patients' homes is required.
