Job description
AuthoraCare Collective is seeking an RN for a full-time Hospice Long-Term Care role in Greensboro, NC. You will manage the care plan for hospice patients, collaborate with the IDG, and coordinate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
The position requires NC RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver’s license. On-call responsibilities and travel to patient homes are included as part of weekly duties.
