Job description
Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Weekend Hospice RN to deliver skilled, patient-centered care across the Salt Lake City area. The role offers weekend flexibility and meaningful one-on-one nursing support for patients and families.
Candidate must hold an active Utah RN license, demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Hospice/home health experience is preferred.
