Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN for per-visit care in the Fairfield area. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care, pain and symptom management, and emotional support to patients and families in their homes and facilities. You will complete assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and document in the EMR.
