Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide and document skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Stockbridge, McDonough, and surrounding communities. The role involves developing care plans, educating families, and coordinating with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.
The RN must hold an active license in the applying state, CPR and valid driver’s license, and will conduct Monday–Friday full-time visits within the listed territory.
