Job description
HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse - Hospice for hybrid work in O'Fallon, IL. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering care to terminally ill patients from admission to discharge.
The position requires an IL RN license, BLS, and travel within the service area. A BSN is preferred, with hospice/home health experience highly valued. Full-time schedule is 36 hours with on-call shifts weekly and every fifth weekend.
