Job description
VIA Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN to join our hospice and palliative care team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering patient and caregiver care, performing comprehensive nursing assessments, and updating care plans to ensure continuous, high-quality support.
The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have 1+ year of IPU experience (2+ years for other nursing positions).
