Job description
Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide care and services for a group of patients residing in homes, SNFs, or assisted living facilities. You will join an interdisciplinary team and contribute psych-social assessments and community resource knowledge.
In this role, you may work in Case Management, Admissions, or Resource positions. You must hold an active RN license in good standing and be willing to travel across the service area with reliable transportation.
