Job description
Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking an RN to provide skilled nursing care for patients in their homes within the Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville territory. The role coordinates with the care team to deliver high-quality hospice services.
The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills to support patients and families facing end-of-life care.
