Job description
Cantex Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes in San Antonio, TX. You will perform comprehensive assessments and develop plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
This role requires strong clinical skills, care coordination, and the ability to work independently within the hospice workflow while communicating effectively with patients and families.
