Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Boulder, Lafayette, and surrounding areas. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families to implement and revise the plan of care, ensuring comfort and quality at end of life.
