Job description
Redcrest Hospice LLC in Bloomington, IN seeks a Registered Nurse I - Hospice to provide and plan professional nursing care under physician direction. The role delivers direct patient care in the home, documents conditions, vital signs, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments.
You will administer medications, adjust care plans with the physician, support families, supervise aides/LPNs, and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
