Job description
Residential Home Health and Hospice in Michigan is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position delivering end-of-life care to patients in their homes, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus based on milestones.
You'll work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team, conduct assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document care in the EMR. Travel to patient homes within your territory and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
