Job description
VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide field-based, patient- and family-centered end-of-life care. You will lead plans of care, manage symptoms, and advocate for patients and their families with compassion and clinical excellence.
You will coordinate care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides while delivering comfort-focused care in homes and community settings.
