Job description
Serenity Hospice Care is seeking an experienced Assistant Team Lead RN to support the clinical leadership team and guide our hospice nursing staff. This role combines direct patient care with leadership and case management oversight in Bergen and Morris counties.
The position emphasizes coordination of clinical services, staff mentoring, and compliance with hospice regulations and company policies. A strong clinical background in hospice care and 2–3 years of nursing experience are required.
