Job description
Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice in Logan, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents within a nursing unit. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise CNAs and other staff.
This role adheres to CMS vaccination mandates and requires Utah licensure, strong assessment and communication skills, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a long-term care setting.
