Job description
AdvisaCare Hospice is hiring an RN or LPN to provide compassionate, one-on-one hospice care at patients’ homes in the Lakeview/Edmore/Mecosta area. You will support patients and families with dignity and heart, conducting supervisory visits and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to update care plans.
The role requires a current Michigan license (RN or LPN), with at least 1 year hospice experience, and the ability to work full-time on-call.
